Este es un nuevo canal para la atención de las necesidades de información, eventos, cifras y servicios en línea a través de dispositivos móviles.
A través de esta herramienta el Sector Defensa abre una ventana para los ciudadanos donde tendrán las últimas noticias y eventos, conocerán las cifras más actualizadas, podrán enviar sus peticiones, quejas o reclamos, accederán a todos los servicios de la sede electrónica de la institución y se conectarán directamente a la Línea del Honor sin ningún intermediario.
Se ofrece además de la inmediatez, la facilidad y la navegación intuitiva, bajo los estándares establecidos por la estrategia de Gobierno en Línea.
Esta aplicación busca no solo mantener informados a nuestros usuarios, sino construir una comunidad vinculante con Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.This is a new channel for addressing the needs of information, events, figures and online services through mobile devices. Through this tool, the Defense Sector opens a window for citizens where they will have the latest news and events, know the latest figures may send their requests, complaints or claims, will access all services of the electronic headquarters of the institution and they will be connected directly to the Line of Honor without any intermediary. It is also the immediacy, ease and intuitive navigation, under the standards established by the Government Online strategy offers. This application seeks not only to keep our users, but to build a binding community with Ministry of National Defense.
